This Privacy Policy explains how Bookmarky ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Prakhar Tripathi, collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a transparent experience.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our service:
● Account Information: When you sign in using "Sign in with Apple," we collect your name (if provided) and your email address. You may choose to use Apple’s email relay service to keep your personal email private.
● App Content: We store the bookmarks and categories you create on our servers to allow for syncing across your devices.
● Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. This includes technical identifiers to verify your purchase status and history; however, we do not see or store your credit card information.
3. Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to help maintain and improve the app:

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
● Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated bookmarks at any time through the settings within the app.
● Manual Request: You may also request data deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an account is deleted, your data is removed from our active databases.
6. Children’s Privacy
Bookmarky is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
