1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Bookmarky ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Prakhar Tripathi ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Services & Account

Bookmarky is a bookmark management service. To use the App's synchronization features, you must create an account via Sign in with Apple.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service (e.g., attempted hacking or scraping).

3. Subscriptions & Unlimited Mode

Bookmarky offers a free version and a paid "Unlimited Mode" via subscription.

• Free Version: Limited to a specific number of bookmarks and categories.
• Unlimited Mode: Removes limits on bookmarks and categories.
• Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the bookmarks and category names you create. By using our sync service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

• You may not store content that is illegal or violates the rights of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s code, design, logo, and original content are the exclusive property of Prakhar Tripathi. You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bookmarky is provided "as is" and "as available." While we use Supabase and Bitdrift to ensure a high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data or bookmarks. We recommend keeping a secondary backup of critical links.
